Kindergarten registration is now open for all Greeley-Evans School District 6 schools for the
2026-2027 school year. Children must be five years old by October 1, 2026 in order to register for kindergarten next year.

The City of Greeley Government Forestry Department presented "The Giving Tree" to our D6 Kindergarteners this week! Kindergarteners were ready and excited for this presentation because they have been studying trees in class.

The Board of Education will meet Monday, April 13, 2026 in the first floor Board Room at the District 6 Administration Building at 1025 9th Avenue. The Work Session begins at 4:00 p.m. in Aster. The Business Meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room, and will stream LIVE on our YouTube channel.

Ten Greeley-Evans School District 6 staff members were awarded honors at The Success Foundation's Success in 6 Awards, hosted at the Aims Community College Welcome Center Thursday evening.

For the first time, the on-time graduation rate in Greeley-Evans. School District 6 exceeds 90 percent, and beats the average state graduation rate by more than four percentage points. The 2025 graduation rates for Colorado school districts were released by the Colorado Department of Education today. The on-time graduation rate for District 6 is 90.1 percent, up from 87.3 percent in 2024, and exceeding the state average of 85.6 percent. A total of 1,608 students graduated from District 6 schools in 2025, up from 1,465 in 2024.
